Supplement and nutrients You might have come across people who are downright gorgeous and fit to the point that they could be easily mistaken for an.

Well, eating alone wont help you stay fit. You need to take the right amount of supplement and nutrients to be healthy. At this date and age, most of us are opting to eat food that is high in cholesterol, like burger, pizza, french-fries and the list just goes on.

However, to stay fit one needs to take vegetables, fruits, and green leafy vegetables etc. which are rich in minerals, and vitamins. Since vitamins and minerals are lost due to processing, supplements should be taken to compensate the loss of nutrients. There are lots of supplements like calcium, zinc, iron, selenium etc.

Calcium is required for the bones, iron for hemoglobin production, and Selenium acts as an antioxidant and prevents free radical formation, and protein supplements for growth.

To keep up with this fast paced life is too hard and as a result most of the people get their required supplement and nutrients from the only place they make time to go which is the supermarket. The food there at the convenience or grocery store are stored for too which means, there is not enough nutrition in it. Organic food is the next best option for the right amount of supplement and nutrients, but alas, that is not affordable by all since it is pricey and besides, organic food are not always available.

Moreover, with the land and soil being worked and overworked, it no longer gives better quality food like it once used to. Therefore, choosing the right supplement becomes essential. Eat food that is rich in Vitamin C like milk, dairy products, and like all other vitamins, it is a must to take, for it keeps the eyes, teeth, gums, bones, the muscles, blood vessels and immune system healthy. And as for vitamin B-Complex, one should take in all the eight B complexs to maintain a healthy diet which will improve the energy production, and permit the body to use carbohydrates, fats and proteins which is essential.

  2. Handling Connection Worry

    April 11, 2012 by dan

We often do not see the role we play in any conflict that may be causing stress, it could come from hidden conversations or just actions or patterns that we have. But in coping with relationship stress we need to consider all the possibilities and deal the the problem. The point is we need to be able to look at our personal contribution on how we contribute to any stressful situation within a relationship.

Whatever is causing you stress needs to be put on the table and examined if you are going to solve the problem. Accepting – The next step is to assume that you are part of the problem, which means you need to assume that you are causing the problem to be worse that it is and it is not only the other person’s interest or lack of interest that is the cause of the problem.

Specify – This can be difficult because now you have to identify specific conversations or action patterns within you that are causing the relationship problem to occur.

This can be tough because we need to be able to see ourselves how others see us and not just how we see ourselves. Remind – This step may sound a bit strange but you need to remind yourself that these hidden patterns exist in your body and not your mind. This is important as we start to slowly deal with the cause of the problem.

even after repeating them several times you then need to seek help from a councilor, therapist, and HR expert depending on the nature of the problem.
